Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case Number 2015-CC-000067, in the County Court of MANATEE, Florida, that I will sell the following real property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Unit 201, Building 2, GARDEN WALK, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 2018, Page 7118, et. seq. and all amendments thereto and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 33, Pages 107 through 113 and all amendments thereto, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash. Foreclosure sales conducted via Internet: www.manatee.realforedose.com at 11:00 A.M. on June 16, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
