NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2015, and entered in case No. 14-CA 3061 AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE AMERICAN HOMEOWNER PRESERVATION TRUST SERIES 2013C is the Plaintiff and , ANCIZAR MEJIAS, A/K/A ANCIZAR E. MEJIA, LETICIA MEJIA and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LETICIA MEJIA are the Defendants. R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JUNE 23, 2015, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK B, WHITFIELD PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
