NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2014CA003599AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and MATTHEW C. BROWN , HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW C. BROWN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 6, RIVER HAVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
