Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, a Foreign Banking Corporation, Plaintiff, and, PATRICIA HAGAN, an individual; HELEN L HAGAN, an individual; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, a governmental agency; ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE, INC., AS ASSIGNEE OF HOUSEHOLD BANK, a foreign corporation; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above named Defendants are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am or as soon as possible thereafter on the 28th day of July, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, GUBODY SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 110 AND 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
