NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 01, 2015, and entered in 2014CA006600AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and DAWN B. PEREZ F/K/A DAWN B. VAUGHN; PABLO PEREZ are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 05, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NW CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST; THENCE RUN SOUTHERLY ALONG THE HALF SECTION LINE 811.5 FEET; THENCE EAST 500 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING, GO EAST 100 FEET, THENCE NORTH 144.73 FEET; THENCE WEST 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 144.73 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, RESERVING THE SOUTH 24 FEET THEREOF AS A ROADWAY FOR THE USE OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS OF LAND CONVEYED BY DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 299, PAGE 209 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
