NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2014-CA-005047 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Lawrence J. Laspina aka Larry Laspina, Suzanne B. Laspina aka Suzanne Laspina, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 25, BLOCK A, SANDPOINTE SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 10, 11 AND 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
