NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001733 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and Alesia Stermer also known as Alesia Streamer, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Alesia Stermer also known as Alesia Streamer, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
