NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013CA006154AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-WMC4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WMC4, is the Plaintiff and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Certificate Trustee On Behalf Of Bosco Credit II Trust Series 2010-1, Jean Andre Nacier, Patrick Kernisant, The Village At Townpark Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
