Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 12 day of May, 2015, and entered in case No. 15-CC-000265 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DANIELS PRESERVE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and PHILIP D. TITHERINGTON and BRANDI L. TITHERINGTON are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of June, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 28, Block 2, DANIELS PRESERVE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 77, Pages 59 through 62, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
