Notice IS HEREBY given that pursuant to an Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, as follows: By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com. in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8th day of June, 2015, those certain parcel of real property, situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
A tract or parcel of land lying in the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida, which tract or parcel is described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of said fraction of a section, run North 88°58'40” East along the section line for 608.07 feet to a point on the West line of Fowler Street; thence run South 0°50'40” East along said West line for 1141.83 feet to a Point of Beginning; from said Point of Beginning continue South 0°50'40” East along said West line for 200 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 20 feet South of the South line of the North 1/2 of said fraction of a section; thence run South 88°50'10” West along said parallel line for 225 feet; thence run North 0°50'40” West, parallel with said East line for 200.72 feet; thence run North 89°09'20” East, perpendicular to said West line for 225.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
