NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-057170, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and LISA A. MARTIN; LOUIS S. MARTIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MULTIBANK 2010-1 SFR VENTURE, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 9 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 20 AND 21, BLOCK 4119, UNIT 57, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 124 THROUGH 137, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
