NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050899, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-WMC3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC3, (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and HAROLD F. MCKEE, JR; WILLIAM SWAGER; GLENDA M. SWAGER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A SHERYL A. PITMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A KRISTINA M. DAVIS, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 12 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 59 AND 60, BLOCK 1088, UNIT 23, OF CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 39-52, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
