SHOULDERS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN Y. SHOULDERS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; CALUSA PALMS V CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CALUSA PALMS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 9, CALUSA PALMS V CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATIONS OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4848, PAGE 3946, AND ANY AMENDMENTS RECORDED THEREAFTER, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
