NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Non-Jury Trial filed May 13, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-050090 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 10 day of September, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 94, Block A, of GATEWAY PARCEL 23 PHASE 2 SOUTH, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 65, Page(s) 45, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
