NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21st day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-004339-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, ITS SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BARBARA F. CABANAS, DECEASED; ALEX CABANAS; ANDREW CABANAS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; OAK CREEK OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 119, OAK CREEK PHASE ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE(S) 40 THROUGH 52, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
