Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 8, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK 27B, LEXINGTON OAKS, VILLAGE 27A AND 31, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 92 THROUGH 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 25649 RISEN STAR DR, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33544; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 18, 2015 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
