Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 11, 2015, and the Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on April 28, 2015 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O`Neil - AES, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 227, SPRING LAKE ESTATES, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 168, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 5401 SEAFOAM DR, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34652-6040
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 15, 2015, beginning at 11:00 AM.
