NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000302-CAAX-ES SEC. 1 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-NH by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee is the Plaintiff and Amy Lee Johnston A/K/A Amy L. Johnston; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Unknown Spouse of Amy Lee Johnston A/K/A Amy L. Johnston; Unknown Tenant # 1 in Possession of the Property; Unknown Tenant # 1 in Possession of the Property; Unknown Tenant # 2 in Possession of the Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 15th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
