NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-009029 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2002-3, is the Plaintiff and Christina M. Thompson, Pallino Receivables, LLC, Rob Leeb, Robert Ross Thompson, State of Florida, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 39, SPINNAKER COVE, PHASE I, SECTION A-1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 80, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3090, PAGE 1633 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
