NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-4298 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-1, is the Plaintiff and MARK BRUGGER A/K/A MARK A. BRUGGER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND ALL PERSONS, FIRMS OR ASSOCIATIONS CLAIMING RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST FROM OR UNDER MARK BRUGGER A/K/A MARK A. BRUGGER; FICTITIOUS SPOUSE OF MARK BRUGGER AKA MARK A BRUGGER; UNKNOWN TENANT OCCUPANT, are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 16, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
