Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 107 of Chateau de Seville a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3644, Page 1313, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 70, Public Records Hillsborough County, Florida.
At public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the online foreclosure sale: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
