Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 20, 2015 in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida legally described as:
UNIT NO. 16, OF WHISPER LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3801, PAGE 259, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT
