NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, CHARLESTON CORNERS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 7th day of May, 2015, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 26, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 24, Block 2, Meadow Brook Unit 4C, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page(s) 52, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 8621 Manassas Road, Tampa, Florida 33635 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
