NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, WILLOW BEND AT LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 6th day of May, 2015, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on July 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 6, Block 80 of Live Oak Preserve Phase 1C Villages 3/4/5/6, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 99, Page 17 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 20614 Great Laurel Ave., Tampa, Florida 33647 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
