NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-018760 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and GARY SWINK, LAURIE SWINK, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 2, TAMPA PALMS 2C-UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
