Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 7, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE EAST ½ OF THE FOLLOWING TRACT IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT: BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, AND RUN SOUTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 14, 378.25 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 85 DEGREES 36' EAST, 243 FEET; THENCE NORTH 380.94 FEET, TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 14; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY 243 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE SOUTH 103 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR CRYSTAL LAKE ROAD.
and commonly known as: 1 CRYSTAL LAKE RD, LUTZ, FL 33548; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 25, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
