NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Rem dated February 24, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-018593 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE6, is Plaintiff and JESUS ALFONSO & BARBARA CHAVEZ, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 21, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
