NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 23, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-CA-014274 DIV C of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Tiarra Atkins; Unknown Spouse of Tiarra Atkins ; Kings Mill Townhome Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant # 1 and Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 11th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 21, KINGS MILL PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 284, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
