NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2015, and entered in 09-CA-032905 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and ALFREDO GUTIERREZ; MARIA GUTIERREZ A/K/A MARIA I. GUTIERREZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE N/K/A VIVIANNE CARTENAS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 3 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 4, ALL IN BLOCK 8 OF WEST PINECREST, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 5, BLOCK 8 OF WEST PINECREST SUBDIVISON, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
