NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-009441 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W2 is the Plaintiff and BUTCH ALLEN ROY A/K/A BUTCH ROY A/K/A BUTCH A. ROY A/K/A ERNEST A. ROY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BUTCH ALLEN ROY A/K/A BUTCH ROY A/K/A BUTCH A. ROY A/K/A ERNEST A. ROY; DAVID W. MCEACHERN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID W. MCEACHERN are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, LESS THE NORTH 60.00 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS THE EAST 4.32 FEET OF SAID LOT 3, BLOCK 19, AVON SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON SAID LOTS 3 AND 4, LESS THE EAST 4.32 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
