NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-000371 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and DONALD L. LOEFFLER; CLARENCE F. MERRILES; CLARENCE F. MERRILES, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LOEFFLER/MERRILES REVOCABLE TRUST DATE 05/10/1995; DONALD L. LOEFFLER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LOEFFLER/MERRILES REVOCABLE TRUST DATE 05/10/1995; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK C, REPLAT OF GROVE PARK ESTATES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
