NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-14010 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and LINDA M. MILLS A/K/A LINDA MILLS; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RONALD JOSEPH MILLS, SR. A/K/A RONALD J. MILLS, SR, DECEASED; GORDON MILLS; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PINNACLE CREDIT SERVICES, LLC,; AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCIAL SERVICE OF FLORIDA, INC.,; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA) NA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 93, OF FLORIDA TOWNSEND COLONY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THE 1989 DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
