NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2015, and entered in 08-CA-022858 DIV. A of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT ASSET HOLDINGS TRUST XVI is the Plaintiff and EFRAIN CHAPARRO JR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE COMPANY; DIANA PATRICIA CHAPARRO are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, SENECA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
