NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2015, and entered in 2009-CA-011137 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-HE1 is the Plaintiff and ALFREDO MARQUEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR LENDERS DIRECT CAPITAL CORPORATION; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT OFFICE ON BEHALF OF VICTORIA JUAREZ are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT BEGINNING 25 FEET WEST AND 235 FEET NORTH OF SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 AND RUN WEST 185.6 FEET, NORTH 60 FEET, EAST 185.6 FEET AND SOUTH 60 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
