NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2015, and entered in 13-CA-015624 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LAURANNE E. BROWN A/K/A LAURANNE BROWN; SYMMES GROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A JASMINE COUVERTIEF; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A WILLIAM HODGES; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR RBS CITIZENS, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURANNE E. BROWN A/K/A LAURANNE BROWN are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK C, SYMMES GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGES 67-1 THROUGH 67-7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
