NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2015, and entered in 10-009902 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC USA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and JOANNE KOIDIN A/K/A JOANNE H. KOIDIN ; JOANNE KOIDIN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE KOIDIN FAMILY TRUST ESTABLISHED JUNE 30, 2003; MARK KOIDIN A/K/A MARK D. KOIDIN ; MARK KOIDIN A/K/A MARK D. KOIDIN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE KOIDIN FAMILY TRUST ESTABLISHED JUNE 30, 2003; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS , INC. AS NOMINEE FOR UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC ; MOSHE PROPERTIES, LLC; MATAN PROPERTIES, LLC ; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 3, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1 TRACT 29, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGES 21-1 THROUGH 21-3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
