NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-014145-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC1, Plaintiff, and, CUTTER, CLIFFORD V., et. al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of June, 2015, the following described property:
Lot 444 of GREENDALE ESTATES - THIRD ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page(s) 91, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
