NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-001750-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST EVA ROCKWELL A/K/A EVA F. ROCKWELL, DECEASED et. al. Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of June, 2015, the following described property:
LOTS 5 AND 6, VIRGINIA GROVES ESTATES 1ST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 41, 42 AND 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
