Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 28, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 14-001989-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-5 is the Plaintiff, and LESLIE M. REED, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 428, OF THE RESIDENCE AT RENAISSANCE SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED MAY 25, 2004 RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13636, PAGE 969, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND PLAT BOOK 132, PAGE 56.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of June, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
