Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Plaintiff, and SHAWN E. COBB, SR.; LSG COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE , are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 26th day of June, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
