Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 29, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 09-018854-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-AR2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and WASSIM R. NASR, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, E.L. HOADLEY`S ADDITION TO GULF FRONT SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 33, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of June, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
