NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-000231-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and JAMES J. DYKES, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1704, SUNSET GROVE II CONDOMINIUM, INC., according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 9-11, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4219, Page 1465, as amended by Official Record Book 4528, Page 754, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH, an undivided 1.6996% share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
