NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-002946-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and All Others Who May Claim an Interest in the Estate of Daniel F. Long, deceased, Island Club Of Tarpon Springs Condominium Association, Inc., Josephine Long, Ken Burke, Clerk Of The Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, Roger Long, State Of Florida, Department of Revenue, United States Of America, Acting On Behalf Of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

BOOK 5808, PAGE 694, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE(S) 75 THROUGH 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
