Dean aka Patricia Dean deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Patricia Ann Dean aka Patricia A. Dean aka Patricia Dean, deceased, Thomas D. Cordle as an Heir of the Estate of Patricia Ann Dean aka Patricia A. Dean aka Patricia Dean deceased, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Willard R. Cordle as an Heir of the Estate of Patricia Ann Dean aka Patricia A. Dean aka Patricia Dean deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
