NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 21, 2015, entered in Case No. 522011CA011452XXCICI 11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., as Successor by Merger to First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Claude Hayes Cummings, a/k/a Claude H. Cummings; Unknown Spouse of Claude Hayes Cummings, a/k/a Claude H. Cummings; Geico Direct Insurance Company; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, CLEARWOOD SUBDIVISION SIXTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 67 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
