NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 28 April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-003990-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PMT NPL Financing 2014-1, is the Plaintiff and Adiel Gorel, Granda Venezia COA, Inc., JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, The Grand Bellagio at Baywatch Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 439, THE GRAND VENEZIA AT BAYWATCH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14030, PAGES 1368 THROUGH 1486, INCLUSIVE AND THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14243, PAGE 1040 THROUGH 1145, INCLUSIVE AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH AIL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
