NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-015083-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PennyMac Corp, is the Plaintiff and Indian Palms Holdings, LLC, Portofino At Largo Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant(s), Yendry Rodriguez, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 22, BUILDING NO. 4 OF PORTOFINO AT LARGO, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15860 PAGE 1999, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
