Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem, dated May 5, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 12-010656-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and SCOTT R. CLARKE, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 25, HILCREST, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 8, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of June, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
