NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-008173-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”), a Corporation Organized and Existing Under the Laws of the United States of America, is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, N.A., Carolyn L. Daniels, Springwood Villas, Inc., No. 1, a Condominium, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 157, OF SPRINGWOOD VILLAS, INC. NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 84 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN O.R. BOOK 3199, PAGE 309, AND AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
