NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Reset Sale Date dated May 6, 2015, and entered in the above styled case, wherein SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL J. RODRIGUEZ AND SONIA RODRIGUEZ, et al, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on June12, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 33, Building No. 1, of Sunset Grove Condominium Association, Inc., Phase 1, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, page(s) 60 through 67, inclusive, as refiled in condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 114 through 116, inclusive,, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4081, page 1235 et seq., as corrected in O.R. Book 4097, Page 1408, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
